How we make it?
The turkey breasts are salted and massaged by hand for several days and then, after being marinated for a short time in selected spices, they are cased, tied and left to mature for at least two months during which time the turkey breast loses more than 45% of its weight. In this way, we obtain a product with a delicate and refined taste, that is very lean, has a very low fat content and few calories (only 180 Kcal per 100 gr).
